ISAPI rewrites work but if you´re going to change the names too then you have no choice but to create every rewrite manually.

if you´re using ISAPI Rewrites (Search for MOD_REWRITE for more info on how to do a single rewrite) you can just create an excell file, use some excel magic and you've got those 500 lines done within an hour.
