If you are on a Windows Pc and forget your Windows password, you can make / download (don't have the link) a Linux upstart CD from another computer to find the password

I do not know if that is possible with a BIOS password, since that is a deeper problem. Probably not, since the BIOS password comes before any OS is booted.
