Newbie here!

Is it possible for a domain name. purchased at 6pm, for a search term not disclosed until that time at 6pm, to have the domain for that term registered, dns servers set up and be listed on google within 2 hrs?

Im not looking for any secrets to be given out, just if it is actually possible?
