Believe me Brad, Cuil has much larger problems to worry about.
If Google worried about every hair brained thing webmasters say about them on forums they would have been in the funny farm long ago.
Cuil is not that devious to worry about such trivial things like banning websites that run Adsense on their pages, if they did this they would have a very incomplete search index and one that is not relevant, this idea goes against their very mission.
