I believe India has gained the title "the IT hub of Asia." Even some call center outfits choose to course through their tech support department in India. Loyalty to habit as regards browsing of specific sites is not only for Chinese and Indian nationals, I think; it is a worldwide phenomenon. It is somewhat like an advertising concept that has been used since time immemorial, and that is "joining the bandwagon."
