Default Re: Ex-Google engineers debut 'Cuil' way to search

I think they may have launched a bit soon.

I've not had issues with the speed. The thumbnails in many instances aren't loading, and are being attributed to the wrong sites. I'm getting the impression that their index is old. For instance, the header graphic they're using as a thumbnail on one of my sites hasn't been on the site for months.

I'm going to hazzard a guess that this may be due, in part, to them building their index over time and not refreshing it... yet. I'm curious to see if they ramp up their crawling efforts now that an announcement has been made and how quickly they can sort out the "bugs"... which should have been done prior to the announcement. Something like the wrong thumbnails should have never been an issue after going live.
