The
PR is updating now but the funny part is that Google is also lifting bans on some sites. I have to wonder why they are lifting them.
A. Did the sites correct the problems?
B. Does Google feel that they have served their time in jail and are free to be let out?
If the sites have fixed the problem then why is Google just now letting them back into the index.
Or
C. Google no longer feels that what they were doing is against the rules.
