It's very very easy to
SEO a video.... just post 2 tons of text on the same page..... and treat it as if it was an image on the page... you're still SEOing traditionally.
If it's a youtube video, embed that video on the page.. and follow the same procedure.... I know that sounds like a cop out.. but honestly it's your best bet overall... if it's worth anything to you.. my clients pay me thousands each month to do that for them.
