I was going to post how forum links should have a nofollow tag, maybe they do but I couldn't find the actual post text amongst the ton of needless html crap.

If Mike can get around to it at some stage then marking this sort of self promoting bullshit will be discouraged (not eliminated, for that to happen the spamming prats would have to understand what a nofollow tag actually does, but hey, we can live and hope)

1 post wonders, time to write a mod that deletes posts by users who have posted once and whose posts are older than 3 months with no replies.
