I wish the answer was that simple but I'm amazed that after writing that reply, you still want a "yes" or "no"?
Have you heard about hidden layers, hidden links, sneaky redirects or hidden texts? All i said that it wasn't a "rule of thumb" or "industry standard" to attach "no follow" to solve all the problems. Those links are definately taking the user to websites with different subjects, but they aren't in the range of raising flags or any thing. They may not be proffered but certainly not SHOCKING!!!!
