I love listening to the Roe Conn show on WLS Chicago, over the internet. Their traffic reports they always mentions these names instead of the Interstate number.

When Roe Conn impersonates a city official, or criminal, he always slips into a heavy Chicago accent. I'll keep this list handy for translation purposes.
