There are only 4 pages of search results with 'sponsor ads' on. I would have thought that I should at least appear as the last ad. I could then increase my bid rate to get higher positioning, or does it not work like that?

I'm new to this and have just been reading the adwords google help section. It mentions something about standard or accelerated delivery. I'd put a fairly low daily budget - $10 to start with so it could be that the ads aren't appearing 24/7?

I can't work out how to set/amend the delivery rate to accelerated.
