AVC I have to make the assumption that you are used to a NIX environment. IMO, you seemed to be comparing apples to oranges. How a windoze server is setup and runs is very different from NIX especially if they haven't gone for the Apache webserver (sucks big time, leaks like a sieve) on windows.
