KGUN:

Your questions above are irrelevant. The real question has to do with using frames to post original content belong to someone else. I don't know whether Google, MSN, Yahoo, Excite, Dogpile, et al, are going to take exception to having their search results displayed in frames under your domain name. If they do then the problem will be transferred to you. The bottom line is that you are displaying original content belonging to others within frames and under your domain name.

But to answer your questions more specifically:
  1. Wich SE is oldest? Mamma or Google? Irrelevant
  2. Wich is a Meta Search engine? Irrelevant
  3. What is the correct way to collect information on the internet? Irrelevant
  4. What about the music on YouTube? YouTube has been sued for copyright infringement.
Call me overly cautious, but I shy away from potential copyright infringement. I seek permission to use data in order to avoid future problems. Even though I glean the network data I use on one of my more popular websites from a variety of other sources, I still contacted the sources of the original content and received permission to use the data.

In summation I am not suggesting you are guilty of copyright infringment. My original question is still a simple, non-offensive one: "Do you expect any problems using frames to display the content of search engine websites under your domain name?"
