Default Re: classic car site for sale

CW. I do see the potential. The sites seem fairly solid, I seem to be able to make huge errors and the traffic still comes through.

My problem is I currently run an Outback Hotel in the middle of nowhere, My working day starts a 6 am and finishes around midnight. I enjoy work (well actually I love it). . But I have things to build etc . I need to create some more time for my day (difficult thing to do)

I have looked at some forms of partnership, but this has been a little problematic. Mostly would be buyers do not understand the situation of free adverts. As a rule they want to create a log in type system where ads are not checked and users can place ads wherever they like. I do not think this would work. The site works because my users can simply access one page that has all they need to look at. (also cuts down page views) . . Most would be partners would have my users hitting 7 to 9 pages per visit.

I will plod along until I find either someone who I can work with (very difficult) or I sell the sites.

Mostly would be buyers would kill the site 'dead' within thirty days. They do not understand why it works.

The best offer to date is US$450.oo With a request that I help them over the next three months to automate the site.

But . . . The for sale sign increases the traffic by one or two hits a week.
