If you indeed read said thread carefully, completely, and with an open mind, then you will have noted that anecdotal evidence suffices to prove nothing; neither does the mere appearance of correlation.

Such does not exist. Spidering is the process of building a map of related pages by way of their outbound links (OBLs.) That SEs are able to provide any information re. IBLs for a given site owes to, and is limited by, the extent to which they have indexed other sites which contain OBLs pointing to the site in question. And, such data are not publicly reported in full by any SE.
