Just a few things jumped out when reading through your site. Also a few thoughts you may want to consider.
Reading through your page I noticed that your pages seem to be stuffed as far as keywords as to the page you are on. Your wording on your pages does not flow as a normal conversation would. From a visitors point I find this to be distracting, for a lack of a better word. From a
SEO standpoint, you may want to check your keyword density for several of your pages it seems high.
I live here in the US and deal with an online company for my business cards. What drew me to them was knowing what options were available, the cost of the options I could choose from, the ability to design my own card in PhotoShop, upload it, make the payment and receive my business cards. What turned me off on your page was I saw a lot of words, but I did not see any numbers. Where are the prices? You should be able to put the price of business cards on your page, even if it is a base price (500 cards starting out at $XX). List prices per number of colors, what mil card stock you are using, whether you can print single sided or dual sided, glossy or matte finish, can you print it on plastic and not paper, etc. I was disappointed when I could not find any prices or answers to these simple questions. Looking through your page I find this to be your biggest downfall.
Check the spelling of your keywords on your business card page as the word card is spelled wrong. If you meant to spell it wrong, you may want to consider putting a misspelling deeper in your keywords and leaving your more important keywords close to the beginning.
You may want to consider following the site structure on your breadcrumb trail. This will help as far as inner linking and distributing page rank to inner pages.
Example of what I mean.
Your Breadcrumb trail: HOME > Cheap Flyer Printing Services
URL. www.business-digitalprinting.co.uk/printing/flyer-printing-services.html
New breadcrumb trail: HOME > Printing > Cheap Flyer Printing Services
URL. www.business-digitalprinting.co.uk/printing
Right now you have a blank html at the above url. Make it a landing page that links to every type of printing you do and keyword it as such.
Do the same for services and packaging.
As for the contact form, I am personally turned away at any store asking right off the bat what my budget is. To me this is like walking into a grocery store that has no prices listed on the shelves and a cashier walking up when you first enter the door and asking how much money you have in your wallet. Would you shop there? Prices tend to inflate themselves to meet the budget set.
