Hey, I would like to say that it is all good and most of the site is spot on. My one issue is the flash photo gallery. From the point of view of the user of the site, and stepping back as a programmer, the gallery is made to impress a 13 - 18 year old demographic while the people who book at hotels and inns are around 25 - 40+, so I would think about KISS (Keep It Simple ....) one rule of good clean design (which the rest of the site relies upon to be successful) is that everything is there for a reason. For the photo gallery, I think you would be better off having it quick and easy to use and getting rid of the thumbnails rebuilding the image every single time. (I could only get through one image before I left the page).

Everything else is good, so don't take my post the wrong way, I just think the flash photo gallery is far from being user friendly.
