Pardon my French, but ho-lio-key-rapp, Batman! Hats off the Überspammer that composed the meta tags! They're entirely too long to be effective in any way whatsoever and the title could be trimmed as well.
You've also got some redundant information and, unless you've done it intentionally, you're specifying that the site content is written in US english versus Canadian english. There's a better way to do this.

Try to keep your page title under 70 characters
Restrict your meta description around 160 characters.
To build relevance, keep titles and meta descriptions short, descriptive and focused. Use targeted words and phrases that are well supported by your pages and site content.
With regard to keyword selection, I'd assume that clients would be most interested in features, prices and location. Try to limit your keywords to between four and eight. Bear in mind that the fewer there are, the more focused and effective they become.
Focus on those elements in your site content, link text and page titles. Each page should focus on different words and phrases but again, make sure the page content and links support the word/phrases.

If you feel compelled to use alt and title attributes, at least make them different. The alt attribute should describe the image, as should the title. Both should use keywords if they're descriptive and relevant to the image.
Caveat:
Do not attempt to incorporate meta keywords or a meta description that your page and site content does not support. That's spammy and likely to be counter productive.
If you're not located in Cow Town, don't expect to rank well in Calgary, if you're not the Days Inn, Sandman, Motel 8 or Holiday Inn, don't waste your time and credibility trying to rank for those terms. You simply can't get there unless your content and links incorporate those references. Those days are long gone.
Try to build inbound links using a keyphrase like "Hotels in Grand Prairie Alberta" and title your pages appropriately, according to the link text and content on each page.
You might consider adding <h1> headings to each page instead of using images for the page heading. In terms of
SEO, they're more valuable than a simple image.
Top left corner:
Place your toll-free phone number where clients can see it.
Contact page:
Implement a proper contact email form instead of relying on a "mailto:" link. It's just so much more credible and professional.
