As far as the appearance of your site, the only change I would suggest is to get rid of those dead bushes sticking up through the snow (if that's not what they are, that is what they sure look like) in your banner across the top. Otherwise, I like the color scheme and the layout. Surfed the site a bit and the functionality seemed fine. However, it does not pass W3C validation and is showing 61 errors.
