I'm optimising a client's websoite - SUN Serviced Apartments - Chennai's preferred Serviced Apartments, Serviced Apartment chennai, Serviced Apartment in Chennai .
The site is all about serviced apartments in Chennai and keyword phrases for which the client needs top ranking are

Serviced apartments chennai
Service apartment chennai
Service apartments chennai
Service apartment in chennai
Service apartments in chennai
Serviced apartment in Chennai
serviced apartments in chennai
chennai serviced apartments
chennai serviced apartment

Presently the site is ranked in the 2nd or 3rd pages for most of the keywords. But the client needs to come to the top / first page. I've included the meta tags and have also added some of the keyword phrases in image alt tags. H1 and H2 tags also done.

Also i've worked on building some 15 incoming links and have included in the Local . But still its in the 2nd page.

I need your advice on how to improve the sites ranking and make it visible on the first page.
