Given the advice that has been given already - all of it good stuff, but looking at your site, have you used any of it yet??
Gliders - I thought it referred to real sized gliders, but then see it is about model gliders.
There is a LOT that needs redoing.
Looking at your content - the intro currently is a bit demeaning to fliers I would think.
Start by working a new site structure on a piece of paper - think about all the content you can have and the logical ways it can fit together.
Then write the pages, always with a problem that you are solving in mind, and then towards the end intro your product as the solution.
