And is very important to remember when redesigning a site its best not to pull-down all pages replacing it with "we are having a make-over" or something equally pathetic (I have seen this done so many times not just by noobs but experienced designers too).

Os, if you are creating new pages/content then do use relevant filenames and folder names like:
"/mother_of_the_bride/"

But this IMO seems overkill and a bit spammy:
/mother_of_the_bride/mother_of_the_bride.html
