They have been in business for several years and quite honestly, provide some service to those who seek out a beginning place to learn about hacking. I have read your post and you claim to be a master. However, I am not and others viewing this are not, therefore a site like hackerscatalog.com and so on do provide a service that can help.

It has helped me in the fact that I was able to learn about some things happening in my household from our son. Getting some advice by one of the sales staff ended up in me getting there guide to hacking 2008. There I was able to learn about some things happening around our place. I then picked up another title and from them, meaning hackerscatalog.com. I have learned and gained an interest in the hacking field for education.

So, To answer the other persons question, I feel a site like this is perfectly legal, it does supply information you can't find anywhere else and it doesn't mean you are going to hack into something illegal, it can be and is used for perfectly legal things, Including educating an old fart like me.
