As pankaj says duplicate content will have an effect (if indeed it is duplicate - not checked myself).
But I did check for links to that page and there is only ONE:

If you want to get a page indexed and ranked well then you need to get it well linked from other good relevant related sites, thowing it on a single blog site is not going to work!
