It means, the amount of work I do for off-page is the same with on-page optimization
I don't mean changing meta tags more often, I check the site for their keywords, making sure each section has its own meta tags, checking keywords suggestion tools for keywords I can use, placing them on my tags, optimizing new pages, optimizing old pages that needs to be optimized and so on...
You see, I don't rush things.
