This is a horrible penalty and I still suffer from it, but not as badly as I did a few years ago. This is the penalty we should be fighting to eliminate. .

I had the same problem when I was trying out a new form on my website about a year ago. I had one poster from South Africa send me a rather nasty message. "I will never visit your site again because it was unbearably difficult to post an ad..." He had few other choice words for me. I've since fixed those issues but I hear where you are coming from.
