Nope, you actually need an account for each site you want to promote. I started with 1 account and kept adding them as I started to make more money. So its $90/month for my 3 accounts but worth it as I make way more because of them.
Oh ya, some people just switch sites each month on 1 account, that works too. I just personally would rather have all 3 going each month for maximum results.
