Ultimately this is your problem. You aren't even sure who the registrar is. You can try whois.sc and you can attempt to contact the registrar but frankly I don't think that is going anywhere. I am assuming that these domains were under your friend's name? If so, you better contact his next of kin. Hopefully they will cooperate and just transfer control to you.

While i searched the whois its showing publicregistry but not exactly the registar name

How does this solve anything? You're moving the information from one server to another, without any need to change the nameservers? So what? What happens when the domains expire? What happens if somebody grabs control of them?

i and he are the only partners .and the thing iam saying is iam not moving to another server iam taking the reseller plan shared hosting on the same ip of previous one and the name server is same for all 500 domains that the reseller has.so i will delete the cpanels in logon2host.com and the domains name servers of clients are on the name of house4webhost.com not on the name of logon2host.com
