Actually, I did find your phone number, right where I expected it (customer service page). However, I think the phone number should be more prominent to establish trust and confidence in customers. Perhaps as part of the header?

Additionally, like Dave and CW mentioned, you need to supplement the phone number on the customer service page with a physical address. It is nice knowing where in the world I am ordering from, and an "anonymous" toll free number does not give me any information.

And of course, as mentioned above, I would get a privacy policy on the site as soon as possible as well. Probably a summary on the customer service page, with a link to the complete page. You should also probably include the steps you take to secure order information and safeguard your customers' personal information.
