To see "local" results, you can search Google using the Geographic Locator and the country's TLD.

For example:

.au, .ca, .de, .ie, .no, .us

Enter your query as usual and hit the "Search" button.
To search in Norway, append "&gl=no" to the end of the search query (URL) returned in the location bar of the results page.

It should resemble this:

You can strip off the "&meta=" if you want, either way it won't affect the results.

You'll know you're searching locally because you'll see the "pages from Norway" radio button.
