These URLs all produce the same page so Google is seeing three copies of your home page and will likely be penalising your for this. You need to setup these so that only one is live and the others 301 redirect to the chosen one.
I tried to find both sites but got a little confused when checking your
Cleveland | Ohio | Insurance | LEUSCH Insurance Services domain? I'm not sure what kind of site this is? Something to do with Lycos?
On first glance i would say drop the tripod site, build everything on the
www.leusch.net site and concentrate on building good links from geographically and industry relevant domains.
I would listen to the advice of others here as well because these tripod sites are something that i haven't come across before.
