After not being hired(since the job was taken), he then used some kind of black hat trick to make another drywall service website (my boss' competition) to rank higher than my boss' website when users search my boss' company name(doesn't have the word drywall in it!). So then my boss' website ranked #2 when you searched his company name instead of #1. If there was a way to report this stuff to the search engines I sure would.
There is a way to report it but it sounds like all he did was through a couple links at the other site.
