You say that Impressions and Avg. Position are displayed on the "first page." The first page is not the correct one for viewing keyword/phrase level information, For that, you must go to
Campaign Summary >
Campaign Name >
Ad Group Name.

This does not tell us precisely what you are doing in order to view your ad(s). We need to know the exact URL that you are using, along with the precise character string,
including any punctuation, that you are entering into the search field.
Additionally, it would be most helpful if you were to provide a list of all the keywords in the Ad Group, along with which keyword option, broad, phrase or exact, that you've selected for each. You can do this easily by going to
Campaign Summary >
Campaign Name >
Ad Group Name for the Ad Group in question, selecting all keywords by checking the box at the top of the
Keyword column, and then clicking on the
Edit Keywords link (not the "Edit Keyword Settings" button. This will give you a page which lists all of the keywords for the Ad Group, including the special punctuation marks used to denote which of the 3 options are assigned to each keyword and their bid amounts. Then, you simply copy & paste that panel into your response here.
