Do not worry, that is not a direct measurement of traffic. My Singapore web hosting web site

Just this month only, it dropped to PR0, i suspect Google is updating the PR links this month. As i still recall i once had PR 0 for 4 weeks before going back to PR5 again.
I still gets 500 unique visitors daily, so being PR 0 is not equal to no traffic. You may want to get the alexa web ranks on your browser to see how you fare against other web sites every few weeks.
Usually concentrating on content is the best way to getting more traffic to your web site.
