First I would like to say that the above responses I agree with 100%. I will try not to repeat what they have already stated as there is no need to, but I feel I have a few other things that you may want to think about if you chose to redesign your page and not hire someone to.

* Your title appears to be too large height-wise. The text in the title appears to be flawed and disconnected as it goes from the gray background and overlays onto the white background. The image also does the same thing.

* You are not selling bookmarks. You are not selling search boxes, crests or flags. Your not even selling PayPal accounts. But all of these things appear before any of your products.

* You put your products on a small top nav bar. If these are the products you are selling, why not put them on the larger left nav bar where they will get more attention from your visitors?

* People are going to buy your product based on your pictures and descriptions. Most of the pictures that I see, all of them seem to have a camera flash or are fuzzy / blurry. I highly recommend if you are not going to get the pictures done professionally, then build a light box that will provide adequate lighting where a flash is not required and will also show the proper colors of your products. A light box can be manufactured rather easily from a large cardboard box with a decorative piece of cloth draped on the inside to cover it, available at any Wal-Mart store. The lighting you can play with until you get what you want, but the use of standard incandescent lighting is not recommended due to the color and glow. Another idea that I have personally found that works rather well for necklaces, bracelets and earrings is do not take a picture...scan them on a flatbed scanner.

* You need to determine exactly what keyword you are going to go after. Spend some time on overture and google adsense to determine the number of searches and keyword difficulty of the keyword you want to achieve. Then you need to use this keyword in your title, description and keywords tag as close to the beginning as possible. I am sorry, I do not think alot of people are searching 'Unusual, Unique & often Weird Handcrafted Jewellery'.

* Also you need proper declaration for your page. I am not 100% on pushing that your page must validate, but it should at least contain a doctype.

* This was brought up regarding your phone number. Your product descriptions are unreadable and hardly even visible due to your font color.

* Paypal and Google checkout are good as a secondary checkout / cart method. You should incorporate a primary cart / gateway. One more note on your PayPal checkout...the email address to which people are sending money is not your site address, but appears to be your personal account. This destroys all trustworthiness of your site that you may already have had. Set up a PayPal account using an email address for the business.

* I know Dubbya already stated this one, but it is so important that I will restate this one. Your returns, shipping, corporate and privacy policies should be completely spelled out and printed on your page.

* Since you are in Australia, an international shipping page stating whether or not you ship internationally and your methods of, if you do, should also be included somewhere on your page.

* A forum is NOT a chat room. Also your forum is very poorly designed and laid out. It is also unreadable. The background totally overpowers any text. I also notice that no topics have been posted and no replies have been given. This makes a visitor feel the forum is unused and is a waste of their time to post a new topic or ask a question.

* On some of your images, when you click them to view the larger image, they open in the same window. It would be best if you used some sort of hover or javascript to view the larger image, or at least have it open in a new window.
