But, on a serious note, is it purely an attribute of successful SEO, or is it also a function of the domain name itself?

If instead of bodyjewelryshopping.com, Steven1976a's domain was stevenjewels.com, for instance, and we searched for "body jewelry shopping", would the result still be the same, or different?
