I understand that. . If it were placed in a paragraph, I would certainly have no problem understanding any meaning the author wanted to convey. No great sin committed here...
Pedants should be silenced! . . They kill more creativity, shame more budding posters simply to demonstrate a correctness that has long since been dead.
If you do not understand what the writer intended to convey. . . ASK THEM!
