Thanks for the feedback.
I've had a look at the bad neighborhood site and can see what the tool does. As the author points out in his blog, there is some human intervention required (ie - you) with this tool to ensure you don't blacklist a domain that you perhaps should not.
Rather than make arbitrary decisions about wether a domain is good or bad based on a list of suspect words, it might be better to rate the quality of the domain based on selectable filter words or other data such as entry in spam lists, proxy abuse or ban lists.
I do have several tools coming that identify 'suspect' domains using a range of different parameters. Hopefully these tools will address the 'bad neighbor' information you are looking for.
