In Google Webmasters Tools there's a place where you can see all the URLs that G has indexed for your site, when they last got crawled, and what was the outcome. Then there is also a place under Tools where you can remove URLs yourself. Before you have access to these tools you have to submit your site to G using a file with a number that they generate for you.
