The Exclude URL option is, in general, something that should only be used as a last resort. It is somewhat error prone, and some webmasters have had their entire sites deindexed. In this case, I think the issue is the zenid, which I believe is related to an analytics solution. These user IDs can present a security issue, and can also cause duplicate content issues with the search engines.
