Surely you jest, you sound like the naked Emperor. If you're being serious about not understanding the undertones of your logo then let me explain it to you. (again)
First off, the lifestyle decision you speak of doesn't bother me in the least so you need not apologize. In fact, get the logo right and I might be motivated to start a Chapter here in Vancouver. I'm merely pointing out the objective truth that the arrows look like a horned Lucifer and the pitchfork He carries most of the time and asking if that was your intention....you know, appealing to the non conforming side of our nature. If you really were not aware of the props you were giving to the Evil One, well now you are.
Those two arrows in the first logo are reasonably related to symbols of satan (and his ilk). Remove those, (pretending for a moment that you don't see the satanic overtures) if for no other reason than to
not make people dizzy by looking at an optical illusion. What remains are two stick people holding hands and sharing thoughts. The only improvement to be made when you have the two (unhorned) stick people standing there is to make one of them black while the other remains white.
Do that and you have universal love personified, a world that works for most.
