Focus on the Click-thru-rate (CTR) and ROI of each ad, not on the number of clicks.
Google will automatically show the ads that are performing better, but will still alternate your ads if you have more than 1 for an ad group. There are some additional settings you could experiment with, but the default a/b (or split) testing that Google does is already works in your favor.
Check your accounts on a regular basis and try to get the highest CTR possible - make sure the visitors coming from those higher CTR's are converting though. You wouldn't want to remove a lower CTR ad that is converting more sales.
