It's generic grade Web 2.0 -- gloss heavy and copy shy. There is no business proposition, and the site is a full step below brochureware, an extended open for business sign.
Only problem for the Web 2.0 look: Replace the under construction with a big "Beta" badge.
There is no purpose for the site. There is no concentration on a target user and there is no reason put forth to do business with your company, not competitors. There are no testimonials, case histories, you talk about no customer benefits or even features for that matter.
I don't see a problem with the under construction graphics, as nothing compels the user to dig any deeper than the top page. There's no reason to have the site other than "everyone else is doing it."
