I have worked for Vensoft for long enough to be on several projects. Everything that li33r said is true. They make you fabricate your resume. They charge clients 100k+ for your work, and give you 50-60K, if you're lucky. They are VERY litigious (they like to sue), and prey on non-US citizens, since they can easier intimidate foreigners (threaten them with their VISA statuses, and to take them to court).

I don't have the time or patience right now to explain who these people are, and what they do. Suffice to say, however, that this is not the only consulting firm out there that operates like this.

If you wanted to someday experience working for the devil, and selling your soul, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, avoid if at all possible.
