I have found plenty of help here at WPW over the last few years. I hope you are able to get the same sort of support.
We have some excellent members.

Tubby,
Interesting comment...yes, it is definitely a tricky venture. The start up phase (Mar 07) can be very discouraging because the results are so negligible in the near-term.
I thought it was a good idea (free ads) at first because it was something "free and useful." Well, as you probably already know, most users are afraid of things that are "free and ubiquitous," especially if you're not a well known entity. People naturally think there's a catch behind the offer (b/c there usually is...). I'm not doing anything like that (catches) but it's hard to tell others that
The site is growing and slowly building momentum. I'll continue to improve it. Luckily for me, I have a relatively small investment (mostly my own time) in the project. I don't have any outside pressure to make it work soon...well okay, maybe from my wife
Frankly speaking, it was a lot more work than I ever expected. Investing in a mutual fund would have been much easier and probably smarter. But I have to admit, I have learned a lot from the experience. I'm always open to new ideas, and I am hoping to find some at WPW.
