While I do agree that is a little bit odd to ask for hosting account details to give a
seo quote (a FTP account will suffice), I do NOT agree with the people saying it's unreasonable or if they are pros they can give a quote without knowing how the website is constructed.
Come on guys, there's no way of telling how a page is put together just by visiting it.
