Why not go after the real deal? I mean, if you want to attract the 'myspace' crowd, then you'd be wasting your time because they'd never pay real money to make their site look better.

If you're going after charity orgs, then maybe something like this COULD work...but I doubt it would. With them, I'd go after something a little more visual. The headline could read:

The background image could me a messy office with nothing organized. Maybe even the office could look like a website, with post-it notes for the menu.

If you're going after businesses, then it's time to quit fartin' around with all the 'how-it-looks' approach. They're interested in monetization. So take that approach.
