I agree with Dave Barnes about the image. Right now, you are going after the corporate look, where you are basically advising your potential clients that the big insurance corporations are seeing them as dollar signs, but presenting yourself as a big corporation as well. I would go with more the professional industry insider looking to help the customer approach, personally. Keep the site professional, but soften the edges, more of a compassionate expert than faceless company.
