If you dont have any technical skill, I guess you have another hosting account, not a full server, or your spared server is fully managed. BTW, you can ask if your "spared server" vendor can help to move data. It's much faster to move through the Internet connections between datacenters than down-and-up with home connection

Yahoo seems not a good place for hosting. We got some customers from them, and all they're happy compared to Yahoo hosting service
